We played shit, we lost and it was a missed opportunity.
I would take winning a cup and finishing 17th in the league over finishing 5th in the league. I am desperate to see us win a trophy.
I understand people being frustrated but we were just as negative at home to Brighton when we had our strongest team out and lost 3-0 without creating a clear cut chance.
This is nothing new for West Ham unfortunately.

Demanding a result and a performance are two different things, Norm. I’m certainly not muddling the two.
That was the QF of the cup against a London rival’s second string. They should have left everything on the pitch last night, then then if they lose, they can say they gave it their all. Piss poor effort, and an insult to everyone who went. Me included.
